
What is it?
A welcoming, free cooking session where you’ll share a hot meal, pick up simple cooking/budget tips, meet other parents, and (if useful) get warm referrals to local support. Children enjoy supervised, structured play onsite (Sunday sessions).
Who it’s for
Families feeling the squeeze, especially if you don’t qualify for automatic support. This includes working families just above Free School Meals/benefit thresholds, parents of children 5–11, single parents, families in temporary/overcrowded housing, and families with a child with SEND.
